Go away, my bad habits!

New Year New Resolution! As my address of this blog stated up there, PLEASE "Be a better man, girl!" I hope this can motivate me every time when I log into this blog. First of all, I have to claim that I am truly a lazy bone, I don't have the stamina to maintain my behaviors because I used to all my unhealthy habits. I understand that I will suffer for my entire life if I don't make any changes for those habits. Therefore, I want to change my behaviors for my own risks. Luckily I have my housemates to remind and supervise me. They nag me like what my mum did. I am not saying that they are old like my mum yet what I can learn from them. Faithful words offended the ears. I knew this.

Time to talk about my unhealthy habits, I used to stay up late since my primary school period and now even worst. I seldom eat fruits, but I like vegetables. I seldom do exercise, and I don't like to bath directly after having my dinner, and eventually I will ended up bath at late night. I guess I have fewer more bad habits but those that listed are the major behaviors that affect my current lifestyle.

Changes? Yes, I do want to make some changes because it physically and psychologically affected my daily life. I couldn't stay focus on what I am doing, and I am easily feeling tired. I use "27 plan" to count the times that I have done the changes. My friend told me that if people consistently do the changes 27 times, it will become a habit. Of course, they have to re-count if they stop during the process, means that they might repeat and repeat until they continuously done 27 times. The followings will be the changes that I would like to see in the future:
1. Sleep before 1am.
2. Eat an apple everyday.
3. Do exercise for 30 minutes at least twice a week.
4. Bath before dinner.

Am I too ambitious? Okay, Be a better man! puwahahahahaha!! X)
