reflection

Throughout these few weeks, I realized that to form a new habit is not easy at all! Yes...I need more determination. I have to be strict to myself. However, I enjoy in some new habit such as exercise! I will continue this habit....of course, I will try on others either! puwahahah!!

The hardest part for me to change my behavior is to ignore the social influence. Whenever I try to sleep earlier, my friend will ask me "Why did you sleep so early?" and I will like "eh..." I am the person that easily affected by others and I am very careful toward the feedback from others to me. Nonetheless, my housemate will stay up late sometimes, I will feel weird to sleep earlier than them because I used to be an owl in the house. I need to change my mind. One day maybe. X)

It is a long way for me, but I will go for it! X)

You can't beat me! HAHA!

Women's problem this week yet I still managed to go exercise! *Give a like to myself!* puwahahahahahahaha~Since we were unable to book the badminton court in Angkasa because it was fully booked. *Sad x 100000000000* I went to gym on Tuesday with my friend. As usual, the gym in school is filled with people. Only left one bicycle and all of the treadmill were fully occupied. This time, I will reduce the amount that I do on every exercise equipment because of my knee problem. I did cycling for a short time not more than 15 minutes and tried out some other gym equipment. It was fun to do it yet my stamina does not allow me to continue after few times. My friend introduce me the elliptical trainer machine, she says that the machine involve whole body rather than only using some parts of my muscles. I used the elliptical machine for around 15 minutes because my knee was feeling uncomfortable. After I reached home, I did some research for the elliptical machine. It amazed me about the benefit of the machine.

Edward, R (2011) asserted that elliptical machine has lower impact on knee, hips and back compare to treadmill. However, I still feel my knee pain when using the elliptical machine and it is possible as what Edward claimed. You can read more about the benefits of the machine at here and here.

On Friday, my other friends ask me to join their badminton session and I did. It was fun to play with a lot of super skillful badminton players. They motivated me to enhance on my skills. These are some shots that I took with them. For the smoking look-alike photo...I have to claim that WE ARE NOT SMOKERS. We just playing around with poses. HAHA. Anyway, it was fun and refreshing after sweating! Yes! Plan to join fitness course or yoga class after I start working.

Yeah, I love my life. X)

At least one..

Again, I only managed to fulfill one of the option this week. I did exercise for 2 days at least 30 minutes in this week! Weeeeeeeeee~Go badminton and gym with my exercise-mate! I Love sweating! It is so refreshing! X) I did cycling for 30 minutes. Sadly, due to my knee problem, I just able to run plus walking at a brisk pace for 20 minutes on the treadmill. However, my knee problem does not occur when I am playing badminton, maybe I did not use much of the strength on my knee when playing badminton? How could it be? Hrmm.....
