The hardest part for me to change my behavior is to ignore the social influence. Whenever I try to sleep earlier, my friend will ask me "Why did you sleep so early?" and I will like "eh..." I am the person that easily affected by others and I am very careful toward the feedback from others to me. Nonetheless, my housemate will stay up late sometimes, I will feel weird to sleep earlier than them because I used to be an owl in the house. I need to change my mind. One day maybe. X)
It is a long way for me, but I will go for it! X)
