I like the move it move it~

Our badminton date every Tuesday and Thursday! The first picture, we are too shy to ask others to help us take photo and we ended up SS (syok sendiri = Shoot ourSelf). puwahahahah!!! X) We took the second picture on Thursday. We met new friends when we were practicing(?) our badminton skill. puwahaha! They are too PRO compare to us... (=.=")

On Friday night(?), Saturday morning, me and my friends decided to go Broga Hill! Finally I got to visit there!! We woke up at 3am...depart around 430am. We had a light breakfast and heading to Semenyik. The stars hanging on the sky are damn a lot. That was the first time I see so many stars. Sadly, our camera is not capable to shot the scenery. I miss the sky now! X(

Last but not least, my 27 plan. This week I got more improvement! Continuously ate apple for 8 days and bath before 10pm for 7 days! YES!! X) Applause again!! Well, for another two....hahahahahaha......

Sign..

Yeahhhhhhh....I can say that I got no progress for my 27 plan!!! (=_=")
Until now, I have tried to change my habits for 2 weeks? or maybe reaching 3 weeks...I found out that the first and the forth option are very hard for me to change (or maybe I am not willing to change?).

Hrm..First is to sleep before 1am. I like to stay up late to do my things because it is more quiet during the night time. I will sleep earlier only if I have morning class the next day. The forth, sometimes, I will have a whole day class; therefore, I will go for dinner with my friends after class. Eventually, my plan was broke. I should change it to bath before 10pm instead.





From what I did, there is none of the option continuously done over three days. I am so speechless to see this.


Every week, I will find my friends to play badminton on Tuesday and Thursday. If I fail to join them, I will find other methods to do exercise such as jogging.
