Sign..

Yeahhhhhhh....I can say that I got no progress for my 27 plan!!! (=_=")
Until now, I have tried to change my habits for 2 weeks? or maybe reaching 3 weeks...I found out that the first and the forth option are very hard for me to change (or maybe I am not willing to change?).

Hrm..First is to sleep before 1am. I like to stay up late to do my things because it is more quiet during the night time. I will sleep earlier only if I have morning class the next day. The forth, sometimes, I will have a whole day class; therefore, I will go for dinner with my friends after class. Eventually, my plan was broke. I should change it to bath before 10pm instead.





From what I did, there is none of the option continuously done over three days. I am so speechless to see this.


Every week, I will find my friends to play badminton on Tuesday and Thursday. If I fail to join them, I will find other methods to do exercise such as jogging.
