Yeahhhhhhh....I can say that I got no progress for my 27 plan!!! (=_=")
Until now, I have tried to change my habits for 2 weeks? or maybe reaching 3 weeks...I found out that the first and the forth option are very hard for me to change (or maybe I am not willing to change?).
From what I did, there is none of the option continuously done over three days. I am so speechless to see this.
Every week, I will find my friends to play badminton on Tuesday and Thursday. If I fail to join them, I will find other methods to do exercise such as jogging.
Here is one of the day that we play together.
Work hard....FIGHTING! X)
Starting is always the most difficult part, if you able to overcome it, u will be great! :D Never give up!!
