At least one..

Again, I only managed to fulfill one of the option this week. I did exercise for 2 days at least 30 minutes in this week! Weeeeeeeeee~Go badminton and gym with my exercise-mate! I Love sweating! It is so refreshing! X) I did cycling for 30 minutes. Sadly, due to my knee problem, I just able to run plus walking at a brisk pace for 20 minutes on the treadmill. However, my knee problem does not occur when I am playing badminton, maybe I did not use much of the strength on my knee when playing badminton? How could it be? Hrmm.....

  1. don't be sad maybe you just not used to it, try to exercise more then your knee problem might be able to overcome =)
